HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Cedar Rowan Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Houston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
