HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Bright Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
