HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
