HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
