HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Meridian Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Houston plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
