HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
