HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vista Financial Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
