HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
