HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fox Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
