HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
