HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
