HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Keystone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Honolulu area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
