HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Quill Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
