HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Honolulu. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
