HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
