HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Beacon Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
