HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Lakeside Freight Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
