HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Honolulu, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
