HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Fox Property Management manages apartment communities around Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
