HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Maple Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Hartford region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
