HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
