HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Bright Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
