HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Willow Financial Group is a financial-services company in Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
