HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
