HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Meridian Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Hartford focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 765 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
