HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Grand Rapids, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
