HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
