HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Grand Rapids. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
