HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Union Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
