HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

Bright Auto Group is a Fresno company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
