HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Summit Learning Group Associates operates schools and learning programmes around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
