HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cross Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
