HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Amber Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
