HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
