HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
