HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Foods Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
