HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wren Environmental Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
