HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
