HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
