HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fort Worth, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
