HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Clear Facilities is a facilities company in El Paso with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
