HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Silverline River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
