HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
