HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood West Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
