HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
