HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meadow Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
