HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
