HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in El Paso working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
