HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Pike Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
