HR Business Partner - manager coaching (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in El Paso caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
